About Us 

Bridlington Local Community Lift is a new, pilot service run by Beverley Community Lift, a charity which has served East Yorkshire since 1970. We offer a caring, voluntary service for people who cannot easily use other forms of transport to get to medical appointments, e.g. people who don’t have a car, the elderly, people who have disabilities or for whom other transport is unaffordable. We rely on volunteers and donations to keep us on the road. Can you help? 

Our Vision: 

We will provide a caring and sustainable transport service, at the heart of our community. With dedication and compassion, we will help ensure people do not miss medical appointments because of a lack of access to transport.  

Our Mission: 

To increase access to medical appointments for any resident who is unable to use other means of transport – regardless of age, abilities, background or financial means.
